At Full Circle we've developed a unique after care and follow up program where the focus is on the whole family system, not just the addicted person.
We offer different lengths of aftercare for each family, in increments of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 9 months and 1 year.
We will manage the concerns questions and challenges that often arise in a newly recovering family.
Once the addicted person returns from treatment they will join the aftercare process.
We will recommend families participate in 12 step programs, individual, couples or family therapy, and participate in bi weekly structured meetings or conference calls for the duration of the contract.
Our role is to help support, coach and manage the recovery process for the family.
Full Circle will create an aftercare plan that works with each family, acknowledging the truth that families are different and needs will vary from case to case. The aftercare plan will be decided once the assessment has been completed and we can assess what is needed for the family.
