Kate Webster, C.A.D.C.A.

An Addictions Counselor and Interventionist, Kate Webster brings an invaluable perspective to the Full Circle team.

Like so many people suffering from addiction, Kate was able to maintain the outward appearance of a happy and functional life. The founder of a successful International business and a loving wife, very few people except those in her close circle, knew how significant her addiction was.

Many of the families that approach Full Circle live with addiction that falls into this so-called "functional" category, and it can be baffling and painful.

“I was living the American dream, a successful business, loving husband, fantastic family... all the outward signs that say you're a success, but on the inside I felt like I was dying, and I had no idea how to make it stop.

I knew that that my drug use was no longer "social" and that I was drinking too much.

I kept saying I'd stop, and then came that terrible day when I really meant it... and found out that I couldn't.

After years of recovery I see how difficult it is for those who haven't lost everything yet to see that they have a problem.

Training as an Addictions Counselor and Interventionist has allowed me take all my education and personal experience and help people start their journey of recovery, not just the addicted person, but their families too.

I love working with families, we believe there's not enough support and help for them, which is why at Full Circle we've developed an extensive after-care program just for the families, to help them through the often difficult transitions that come with recovery from addiction.”
